We had the pleasure of speaking with Portret Digital about the topic that drives us every day — clean beauty as a new culture in Macedonia.

Why is transparency more than just marketing?

Challenges of the local market

Bringing certified products from Australia to Macedonia is not simple — logistics, administration, and building trust with an audience accustomed to a different type of cosmetics. But the biggest challenge is changing habits: explaining why a product costs more when that price reflects quality ingredients, the absence of silicones, and formulas that nourish the skin.

Our clients are not just consumers — they are a community.
